  • Excellent Team & Culture – Join a tight-knit, highly respected team that values collaboration and pride in their work
  • Competitive Pay – $55,000–$85,000 depending on experience, with benefits and long-term stability

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Coordinating job schedules, material availability, and field teams for active projects
  • Serving as a point of contact for clients, contractors, designers, and internal departments
  • Helping manage timelines, drawings, revisions, and approvals
  • Tracking progress on fabrication and installation milestones
  • Maintaining detailed project documentation and ensuring communication is consistent and clear
  • Collaborating with the production and field teams to ensure smooth project execution

What You Bring:

  • 2–5 years of experience in construction, architecture, or project coordination (more = great!)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts
  • Clear, confident communication — both with internal teams and high-end clientele
  • Experience in stone, custom fabrication, or residential construction (Preferred)
  • Proficiency with project software or scheduling tools
  • Attention to detail and a calm, problem-solving mindset
