We’re searching for a confident, experienced Account Executive to build and deepen client relationships across residential construction, remodeling, and commercial project channels.

What You’ll Do:

• Build strong, ongoing partnerships with new construction builders, remodeling contractors, and commercial accounts across the Midwest
• Deliver accurate and compelling quotes and proposals, tailored to each client’s scope and specifications
• Coordinate closely with project managers and fabrication teams to ensure seamless project handoffs and on-time installations
• Use CRM tools to track outreach, pipeline status, and project milestones
• Support business development by identifying market trends and sharing insights with company leadership

What You Bring:

• 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in construction, stone, cabinetry, or building products
• Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
• Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly with builders, designers, contractors, and homeowners
• Confidence navigating quoting, pricing, and estimating
• Strong organizational habits and follow-through
• A self-starter mindset with a high sense of accountability and integrity
• Familiarity with granite, quartz, and other surfacing materials is a major plus
