Account Executive – Drive Growth in the Stone, Kitchen & Bath Industry

What You’ll Do:

Lead the full sales process – from discovery to close – using an education-first, solutions-based approach.

Engage directly with industry leaders through 45–60 minute discovery calls and tailored proposals that showcase our value.

Represent us at 4–8 national conferences each year, generating new leads, networking with partners, and helping position us as thought leaders.

Build lasting client partnerships by delivering white-glove service and demonstrating ROI.

Leverage technology (HubSpot, Google Workspace, AI tools) to stay organized, efficient, and impactful.
What You’ll Bring:
- 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a strong record of exceeding quotas.
- Experience in the Stone, Kitchen & Bath industry or digital marketing (preferred, not required).
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills; you know how to earn trust quickly.
- Strong presentation abilities and comfort speaking in front of audiences.
- Tech fluency with CRM systems (HubSpot a big plus) and digital collaboration tools.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt and problem-solve.
- Willingness to travel for conferences (4–8 annually).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
