What You’ll Be Doing:
- Plan and coordinate daily installation schedules and routes for maximum efficiency
- Provide real-time schedule updates to the customer service and installation teams
- Identify and communicate potential scheduling conflicts before they become problems
- Update schedules and ensure all adjustments are documented in Moraware or equivalent system
- Confirm installers have all required information for each job prior to dispatch
- Remain calm, positive, and professional under pressure—especially when priorities shift quickly
- Stay informed on company products, services, and install protocols to better anticipate issues
- Support cross-functional tasks or projects as needed
What You Bring:
- 2+ years of experience in scheduling, dispatch, or logistics
- 1–2 years of experience in customer service or coordination
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to multitask and shift gears quickly without missing the details
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
- Comfort with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling software (Moraware experience a plus)
- Team player who enjoys solving problems and keeping people informed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or installation industries preferred
Work Environment:
- Office-based role with some time spent on the production floor as needed
- Primarily seated, with occasional standing, walking, and light lifting
- Frequent computer and phone use
