Currently, we are searching for an Indianapolis based Account Executive for a nationally recognized energy efficiency and plumbing industry company. Day 1, you will receive a solid book of established accounts along with a strong territory to grow.
You will be calling primarily on correctional facilities in the territory, selling plumbing and water efficiency products within the following territory:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and grow business with existing accounts. All states within the territory have established business (Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Illinois, Kentucky)
- Sell construction and plumbing products to correctional facilities within the territory. Primary product line includes electronic plumbing control systems, stainless steel fixtures, and about 20-25 related products.
- Drive business development through in-person and phone/email outreach. All leads can be found within the company's database so all business development can be done quickly and efficiently.
- Travel 10-15 days/month (usually Tues-Thurs) to new and existing accounts
REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years experience with territory sales
- 3+ years experience in the plumbing/construction industry
- If less than 3 years of sales or plumbing experience, must have some mechanical experience/knowledge.
COMPENSATION
- On-Target Earnings = $120,000 (additional performance bonuses can reach $160,000+)
- Base = $65,000-$70,000
