What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Reviewing architectural plans, site drawings, and templates to generate detailed takeoffs and accurate quotes.
  • Working closely with clients, general contractors, and designers to understand project scopes and timelines.
  • Collaborating with the fabrication and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and realistic production timelines.
  • Managing changes in scope and re-estimates as projects evolve, maintaining communication with all stakeholders.
  • Using industry-specific software to track estimates, bids, and project metrics.
What You Bring:
  • Experience in the Stone Industry – Familiarity with stone materials (marble, granite, quartz) and how they’re fabricated and installed.
  • Strong Estimating Skills – Ability to read construction documents and translate them into detailed and accurate bids.
  • Communication Skills – You’re comfortable interfacing with both clients and internal teams and know how to keep things moving.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient with MS Excel and experience with estimation or construction software (like Moraware or Bluebeam) is a plus.
