Operations and Finance Coordinator

We’re seeking an experienced professional from the stone fabrication or countertop industry to help run our growing business. You will oversee finances, scheduling, installers, and procurement, ensuring jobs stay on track, materials are ready, books are accurate, and everyone gets paid. This role connects sales, operations, and finance, and works closely with company leadership.


What You’ll Do

  • Manage job costing, expenses, payroll, and financial reporting
  • Supervise the internal bookkeeper and coordinate with outsourced accounting partners
  • Review and process installer payments, commissions, and vendor invoices
  • Own the Moraware schedule and coordinate between sales, shop, and installers
  • Order and track materials, maintain inventory, and resolve vendor issues
  • Ensure jobs are properly documented and installers meet quality standards
  • Provide weekly financial updates and support budgeting and planning


What We’re Looking For

  • Hands-on experience in stone fabrication or countertop operations
  • Strong understanding of job costing, AR and AP, payroll, and installer pay structures
  • Proficiency with Moraware, QuickBooks, Excel or Google Sheets
  • Confident communicator who can coordinate across teams and with vendors
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
