Team Environment with Growth
You’ll work alongside experienced installers, start as a third-person helper if needed, and build toward greater responsibility and leadership.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work in two- or three-person crews to install granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops at residential job sites, occasionally commercial (union) jobs.
- Load, transport, and unload materials carefully, using installation drawings and specs to ensure perfect fits.
- Use hand and power tools on-site, read tape measures accurately, and problem-solve on the spot.
- Communicate directly with customers and teammates, representing Hard Rock Stone Works’ high standards.
- Follow all required safety protocols, including DOT medical checks and compliance with company’s zero-tolerance drug policy.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in granite or solid surface installation.
- Ability to lift 100+ pounds, climb, squat, and stand for long hours.
- Valid or obtainable Michigan Chauffeur’s License with clean driving record (company pays for DOT medical card).
- Familiarity with installation tools, tape measures, GPS systems, and construction drawings.
- Strong teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and a readiness to learn and grow.
