Director of Site Services – Portable Sanitation Systems

Compensation: $120,000+/year (based on experience) + Full Benefits

Bronwick LLC works to find great candidates for companies we admire. We’re currently seeking a highly experienced Director of Site Services to join a leading company in the sanitation industry.
This individual will oversee hiring, development, scheduling, and operations of department managers and frontline teams—ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in event-based and route-driven services.
Please note: Thorough knowledge of portable sanitation systems is required. Candidates without this experience will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage department-level leaders and field staff
- Oversee route scheduling, service delivery, and asset deployment for events and route-based sanitation services
- Monitor and analyze KPIs (labor, service quality, fuel use, route efficiency, etc.) and report performance metrics
- Ensure proper usage of routing software, tablets, and digital tracking tools
- Maintain proper staffing levels and coordinate daily workloads
- Conduct safety training, route audits, and performance reviews
- Collaborate with maintenance to ensure equipment readiness and site safety
- Respond to emergencies and oversee rapid equipment deployment
- Participate in accident investigations, disciplinary actions, and customer conflict resolution
- Ensure all local, state, and federal compliance standards are met
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Thorough knowledge of portable sanitation systems and equipment
- 5+ years of experience in site service management or logistics operations
- Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field
- Advanced leadership, scheduling, and team-building experience
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities in a high-paced field environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with routing and field service software
- Excellent communication and written reporting skills in English
- Valid Texas Class C Driver’s License and clean 3+ year driving record
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual – English and Spanish
- Experience leading during emergency response or special event deployments
