Our client is seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee project direction, completion, and financial outcomes. This role includes mentoring Project Engineers and Superintendents!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all project phases from initiation to completion.
• Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality standards.
• Lead and mentor field and project management staff.
• Work with Pre-Construction team from project start.

Essential Functions:

• Oversee project management facets: budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk.
• Identify and manage project and safety risks.
• Develop project scope and estimate through stakeholder collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and secure necessary permits.
• Foster a strong safety culture within the team.
• Manage project execution within budget and schedule.
• Coordinate with engineering resources for design and specifications.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and vendor management.
• Prepare and implement project execution and progress reports.
• Supervise on-site construction activities.
• Prepare for and oversee project commissioning and handover to operations.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders.

Skills/Abilities Required:

• Flexible working hours, including weekends.
• Willingness to travel or relocate based on project needs.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physical positions.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Project Management software (Procore preferred).
• Knowledge of local construction quality, safety, and health guidelines.
