CarwashOS is hiring a District Manager + Training Consultant — a unique hybrid role for a proven leader who can manage multiple car wash locations in the Delaware region while helping car wash owners and managers across the country master operational excellence.
This is not a typical DM position. You’ll be:
- Running a high-performance district like an owner
- Help build training systems and scalable content
- Leading in-person training bootcamps for new car wash managers
- Traveling (about 12 weeks per year) to launch new sites and support clients directly

What You’ll Do
In Your Delaware District:
- Lead daily operations across multiple car wash locations
- Drive KPIs including sales growth, unlimited club conversions, labor cost control, and chemical usage
- Coach and support site-level managers to hit performance targets
- Maintain high standards in safety, customer service, and cleanliness
- Oversee recruiting, hiring, scheduling, and team training
- Address performance issues and ensure operational consistency
- Support site launches and ramp-up operations
As a CarwashOS Training Consultant:
- Lead live, in-person training sessions for new operators and managers
- Develop training content including SOPs, videos, and onboarding systems
- Represent CarwashOS at site openings and leadership intensives
- Help clients install operational playbooks and grow with confidence
Who You Are
- Proven leader with experience managing multiple locations in car wash, retail, or service industries
- Passionate about developing people and teaching systems that scale
- Comfortable around equipment and confident in basic mechanical troubleshooting
- Clear communicator who can lead teams and present in front of a group
- Based in or near Delaware and open to traveling ~8 weeks per year
- Someone who thinks like an owner, leads with high expectations, and holds the team accountable
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of multi-location leadership experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Technology Guru, or at least a self declared “I’m not scared of Technology” type of person.
- Mechanically inclined with a willingness to be hands-on
- Able to travel nationally for live trainings and openings (Up to 12+ weeks/year)
- Physically capable of working in and around car wash environments
- Must be able to pass a background check
- College or technical degree preferred, but not required
