The Role

This role is designed for junior military officers transitioning into civilian leadership. You will work directly with senior leadership to execute on logistics, field operations, and market expansion initiatives. The position offers immediate responsibility, high visibility, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on business performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Execute logistics and field operations initiatives
  • Support market launches, site selection, and deployments
  • Coordinate resources and operational readiness
  • Partner with leadership on priority initiatives
  • Improve processes and support scalable operations
  • Collaborate across cross-functional teams
  • Track performance and drive continuous improvement


What You’ll Bring

  • Former JMO or NCO
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Strong execution and leadership ability
  • High ownership and adaptability
  • Clear, effective communication skills


Preferred Background

  • Exposure to fast-paced or high-growth environments
  • Full-time, in-office role in the Greater Seattle area
  • Travel as needed for operational support


Compensation

Base Salary: $125K Base + $10K Sign-On + Equity
