The Role
The sales representative will be responsible for driving new business and supporting revenue growth within an assigned territory. This is a field-based role that emphasizes prospecting, relationship building, and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive outreach, prospecting, and networking
- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned territory
- Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and client presentations
- Support the sales process from initial contact through closing
- Collaborate with internal teams to support proposals and project execution
- Track activity, pipeline development, and sales performance
- Maintain a high level of field engagement and customer interaction
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals

Compensation
- First-year OTE in the mid-to-high $100Ks
