W2 Contract to Hire

Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm

Onsite, Long Beach, CA 90806

$25-28/hr + Benefits.

 

The Associate Desktop Support Technician plays an important role in delivering reliable IT support and troubleshooting for HydraFacial employees. As part of the Global IT Support Team, you will help ensure users have the tools, systems, and technical assistance they need to work effectively. This position focuses on resolving support requests, maintaining IT systems, and contributing to the smooth operation of HydraFacial’s technology environment.

 

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level, day-to-day IT support to local and regional users.
  • Assist with the administration and support of Microsoft Office 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online), basic networking, and other IT systems.
  • Support the Global IT team with the rollout and implementation of infrastructure projects within the region.
  • Log, track, and update helpdesk tickets with clear progress notes in accordance with company procedures.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members when appropriate.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and setup of laptops, workstations, and mobile devices.
  • Document procedures and contribute to internal knowledge base resources.
  • Provide IT support for employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access provisioning, and equipment preparation.
  • Help maintain IT inventory, supplies, and hardware replacements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

What You Bring

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • 1–2+ years of relevant work experience
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and Office 365 (MacOS experience is desirable)
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID
  • Foundational understanding of networking concepts such as DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom

 

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to follow documented processes
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn in a collaborative team environment
  • Customer-service mindset with a proactive and positive attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with team members
