Channel Partner Program Manager (B2B SaaS) Remote

Location: Remote (Must attend meetings CST/EST time zone)

Pay rate: $55-$61hr ( Weekly pay + Medical Benefits

Duration: 6–12 month contract (strong potential for extension & permanent)

Schedule: Full-time (M-F)

About the Role

We are seeking a strategic, hands-on partner marketing leader to help execute and scale a global channel partner marketing function. This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuances of partner ecosystems and can operationalize programs across to-partner, through-partner, and with-partner motions. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and regional teams to drive partner engagement, pipeline generation, and revenue impact through scalable, data-driven programs.

 


Key Responsibilities

• Execute and scale global partner marketing programs, translating strategy into repeatable, scalable execution across regions

• Support development and optimization of a tiered partner program, including segmentation, benefits, and activation strategies

• Own end-to-end program execution, including timelines, deliverables, stakeholder alignment, and performance tracking

• Drive to-partner initiatives (recruitment, onboarding, enablement), including onboarding kits, playbooks, and training materials

• Build and manage partner communications, including newsletters, webinars, and enablement sessions

• Develop and scale through-partner demand generation programs, including “campaigns-in-a-box” and turnkey campaigns

• Execute with-partner co-marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, and events

• Manage Market Development Funds (MDF) programs end-to-end, including guidelines, approvals, budget tracking, and ROI reporting

• Create co-branded and customizable marketing assets to support partner-led pipeline generation

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations to ensure campaign tracking, reporting, and attribution

• Analyze campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, translating insights into actionable recommendations

• Partner with Product Marketing to align messaging and positioning for partner and customer audiences

• Maintain and improve partner enablement tools, including partner portals and resource hubs

• Act as a key marketing point of contact for partners, working closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and scalability

 


Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in Channel Partner marketing and/or Channel Partmer Program Manager in B2B SaaS environments

• Strong understanding of partner enablement frameworks and tools

• Background in high-growth or rapidly scaling SaaS environments

• Must have strong Program Execution - “Own end-to-end execution” “Build scalable programs” “Campaign-in-a-box” creation (not just campaigns)

• Proven experience executing partner programs across enablement, co-marketing, and demand generation

• Experience supporting global partner ecosystems across multiple regions (EMEA, APAC, LATAM)

• Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign result insights, performance, track pipeline impact, and ROI

• Managing partner relationships + programs

• Hands-on experience with MDF (Market Development Funds) programs and partner fund utilization

• Familiarity with PRM tools, marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo), and campaign tracking systems

• Experience using Salesforce CRM systems  for tracking/puling reports and insights

• Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including to/through/with partner motions

• Experience executing co-marketing campaigns and partner-led initiatives

• Experience working in cross-functional environments with Sales, Product Marketing, and Demand Generation teams

• Strong program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

• Experience building or improving partner programs from the ground up

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and take ownership
