What You’ll Do

• Design and optimize EVM compatibility for a next-generation distributed ledger.
• Work on plain Java (no frameworks) with low-latency, high-throughput requirements.
• Implement Ethereum roadmap upgrades and introduce new innovations.
• Contribute to open-source projects and collaborate with global engineering talent.

What We’re Looking For

• 10+ years in software development, with deep Java expertise.
• 4+ years in blockchain development, especially EVM-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of JVM internals, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Experience leading technical teams and driving architectural decisions.

Nice-to-Have

• Hyperledger Besu, GraalVM, compiler or VM experience.
• Open-source contributions and familiarity with Web3 tools.
