Lending Operations Lead | Digital Asset Trading | East and Central USA

As Lending Operations Lead, you’ll oversee the full lifecycle of institutional lending from borrower onboarding and collateral management to servicing and repayments. You’ll establish robust operational frameworks, drive automation, and ensure institutional-grade precision across every workflow.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end lending operations: onboarding, funding, servicing, and repayment.
• Manage collateral, margin, and liquidation processes.
• Partner with Trading, Product, and Compliance to enhance automation and controls.
• Build and mentor a high-performing, detail-driven operations team.

Experience:

• 5+ years in credit or loan operations within fintech, private credit, or institutional lending.
• Strong understanding of secured lending, documentation, and operational risk.
• Experience in digital assets or DeFi lending infrastructure.
• A process-driven, collaborative approach with a knack for continuous improvement.
