Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with deep expertise in Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4 to support a remote platform deployment engagement (260 hours with potential for extension). This role will focus on the design, deployment, and configuration of OpenShift 4 in an enterprise environment. The consultant will lead platform implementation efforts, ensure adherence to best practices, and provide technical guidance to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment and configuration of OpenShift Container Platform 4
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available OCP architectures
• Configure cluster components, networking, storage, and security controls
• Support installation using supported deployment methods (IPI/UPI as applicable)
• Integrate OpenShift with enterprise identity, networking, and infrastructure services
• Validate cluster health, performance, and operational readiness
• Document deployment architecture, configurations, and operational procedures
• Provide knowledge transfer and best practice guidance to client teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in container platforms and enterprise infrastructure
• Strong hands-on expertise with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4
• Experience leading OCP installations and cluster deployments
• Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and container orchestration principles
• Experience integrating OpenShift with enterprise networking and storage solutions
• Strong troubleshooting and performance tuning skills
• U.S. Citizenship required

Preferred Qualifications

• Red Hat OpenShift certifications
• Experience deploying OpenShift in hybrid or cloud environments
• Background in DevOps, CI/CD integration, or platform engineering
• Prior consulting or client-facing delivery experience
