Location: Alexandria, LA (On-Site at Manufacturing Facility)
Work Setting: On-site role, must reside in Alexandria, LA
Travel: Minimal; occasional visits to facilities in Tennessee and Ohio (1-2 times per year)
Compensation: $120,000 - $130,000 + Full Benefits (Day 1 Coverage)

What You Bring
- 5+ years of HR leadership experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong employee relations background, including handling coaching, counseling, and investigations.
- Experience leading HR teams (direct and indirect reports).
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing and HR support for continuous improvement processes.
- Ability to work in a blue-collar environment and engage directly with plant employees and leadership.
- Strong decision-making skills—must be proactive, hands-on, and adaptable.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee HR operations for a 400-employee manufacturing plant and provide strategic HR support to two smaller sites.
- Lead employee relations, including coaching, counseling, investigations, and workforce engagement initiatives.
- Implement HR best practices to align with corporate policies and improve plant efficiency.
- Drive talent management and workforce planning, ensuring effective hiring, retention, and potential workforce reductions.
- Support lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives by integrating HR strategies with plant operations.
- Adapt communication styles to engage with executives, frontline workers, and external stakeholders.
- Serve as a key HR business partner for plant leadership, ensuring HR aligns with business goals.
