Job Type: Full Time, Direct Hire, W2

Location: Fully Remote (U.S.)

Schedule: Flexible – choose your own shift. Must be available 1 weekend day and 1–2 evenings per week

Training: Two weeks of paid, industry-leading training provided at hire

Pay Rate: Commission-only, with a conservative first-year target of $79,000; uncapped earning potential plus full benefits


About the Role

We are seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to join a growing cruise and travel sales team. This is a commission-only role focused on inbound leads and repeat business—no cold calling required. In this role, you will:

  • Manage inbound leads from marketing channels and the company website
  • Sell cruise and vacation packages using a consultative, phone-based sales approach
  • Follow up with past clients to secure repeat bookings and upsell additional services
  • Consistently exceed quotas and build a profitable book of business in a commission-driven environment
  • Collaborate with a Sales Assistant to streamline the booking process and focus on selling
  • Track pipeline and activity in Salesforce CRM to stay accountable and organized
  • Work flexibly with required availability on 1 weekend day and 1–2 evenings per week

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of inside sales or phone sales experience, ideally in a remote environment
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a commission-based role
  • Strong consultative sales skills with ability to close business over the phone
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Ability to work flexibly, including 1 weekend day and 1–2 evening shifts per week
  • Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and comfort working independently
  • Clear, professional communication skills to build trust and close sales
