Job Title: New Home Sales Associate
Job Location: Gulf Coast Region, Mississippi (regional office located in Biloxi, MS)
Work Setting: Field-based; assigned to model homes and active communities
Compensation: $80,000 to $100,000 (realistic 1st year earnings)

Position Overview: We are seeking a driven and personable New Home Sales Associate to represent a leading homebuilder in their rapidly growing Gulf Coast division. This role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through the full sales cycle—from initial engagement to contract close—in assigned communities across the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
You will be based in model homes and new developments, educating buyers on home features, financing options, and purchase processes while helping meet ambitious monthly and quarterly sales goals. This position requires availability on nights, weekends, and most holidays.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the face of the community—greet, qualify, and guide prospective homebuyers
- Educate buyers on home plans, features, construction timelines, and energy efficiency
- Lead buyers through the contract, lending, and closing process
- Drive traffic and leads through realtor relationships and community engagement
- Collaborate with internal teams (construction, lending, and marketing)
- Track prospects and sales activity in CRM tools
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets
What You Bring
- 1–3 years of experience in consultative, high-ticket outside sales (e.g., automotive, mobile phones, time share, luxury retail, outside sales)
- Strong customer-facing communication skills
- Self-motivated, goal-driven mindset
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to new tools (CRM, contract systems, digital signatures)
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel between communities
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Real estate experience or license preferred but not required
