We are currently searching for a temporary Bookkeeper for an Association Management company. This role is part-time and on-site in Rockville, MD.

Position Title: Bookkeeper

Organization Type: Association Management

Location: On-site, Rockville, MD

Duration: Temp, ongoing

Schedule:16 hours a week (2 days)

Pay Rate: $33.00-37.00/hour

Is This Your Dream Job? This Bookkeeper will support the financial operations of two full-time clients and the organization itself. This person partners with the owner and the Membership manager to support their clients and ensure all financial operations run smoothly.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 5+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting required
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
• Proven success in managing several books/accounts at once
• Experience with association bookkeeping strongly preferred

How You'll Spend Your Day:

• Process accounts payable and maintain accurate vendor records
• Perform bank reconciliations for multiple entities
• Prepare regular financial statements
• Organize and maintain accounting records for annual audits
• Enter and update basic member data as needed
• Support general administrative and accounting tasks as assigned
