We are currently in search of a Vice President of Residential Programs for a Community Health Organization. The position is Onsite in North Bay, CA. This is a full-time, permanent position.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Community Health Organization 

LOCATION: The North Bay area, CA (Onsite)

POSITION TITLE: Vice President of Residential Programs

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week 

DURATION: Permanent – Direct Hire

SALARY RANGE: $145,000 - $165,000

With a focus on program effectiveness and thoughtful innovation, the VP will lead ongoing improvements while designing and launching new efforts that respond to evolving community needs.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelors degree required, Masters degree preferred 
• Experience with leading programmatic and organizational changes 
• Expertise in designing workflow models   
• Exceptional outreach skills
• Skilled at collaborating with program staff across the organization 
• Minimum of 10 years total program experience  

How You Will Spend Your Day

• Design and evaluate community needs assessments
• Leverage data to launch new program initiatives
• Develop and implement strategic work plan aligned with organizational strategic plan
• Help ensure continued compliance with contracts, including billing and documentation requirements
• Build and grow relationships with key stakeholders
• Supervise staff, holding employees accountable for high-impact results
