We are currently in search of a Project Manager for a National Healthcare Association. The position is Remote but must be based in the DMV area. This is a part-time, temporary position.

LOCATION: Remote (must be based in DMV area)

POSITION TITLE: Project Manager

SCHEDULE: 3-4 days/week (flexible, up to 35 hours/week)

DURATION: Temporary (~4 months)

HOURLY RATE: $32.00 - $38.00

The Project Manager will provide support with the development, coordination and implementation of content, stakeholder engagement activities, external learning products, and training and technical assistant infrastructure. This position will require a proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will also be passionate about and committed to advancing accessible, high-quality community-based health care.

 

Our Ideal Candidate:

·       Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in public health, health administration, health education, communications, or a related field

·       2+ years of experience in project, program, or grants management required, preferably in a health care or nonprofit setting

·       Tech savvy with proficiency in MS Office Suite, Smartsheet, Zoom, and Learning Management Systems

·       Demonstrated experience tracking multi-deliverable grant programs and managing project timelines

·       Experience coordinating virtual events, webinars, or learning series logistics preferred

·       Strong communication and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent tasks

 

How You Will Spend Your Day:

·       Track and monitor progress on all grant deliverables across multiple reporting periods, including identifying risks and preparing report inputs.

·       Maintain and manage project tracking systems (e.g., Smartsheet and Shared Folder) ensuring staff, team members, and partners have appropriate access with attention to the management of confidentiality controls.

·       Coordinate stakeholder communication and ensure alignment across functional teams (HCOG, Science & Data, Policy, and partners).

·       Support planning and execution of national mobile health learning series, including topic coordination and logistics.

·       Assist in developing and delivering topic-specific trainings, including SME coordination and session logistics.

·       Support the development of educational materials and content for the learning series and OnDemand resources.

·       Coordinate development of key mobile health resources (e.g., toolkits, publications, regulatory guidance, and operational materials).

·       Support technical assistance and training infrastructure, including toolkit development and sub-grantee reporting compliance.

·       Organize and manage recurring engagements such as office hours, partner meetings, and stakeholder coordination activities.

·       Provide logistical support for conferences and events, including session planning, materials coordination, and exhibitor preparation (non-travel role).
