 A mission-driven nonprofit is seeking a Full-Time Operations Coordinator. The Operations Coordinator supports the organization’s daily administrative and operational functions to ensure smooth and efficient internal processes. This is a Hybrid, 40hrs/week, Temporary to Permanent role.


ORGANIZATION: Medical Association

LOCATION: Hybrid- North of Pentworth DC

POSITION TITLE: Operations Coordinator

SCHEDULE: 40 hours/week- 2 days on Site 9 am-6 pm/5:30 pm

DURATION: Temporary to Permanent

Pay- $22/hr - $23/hr, Salary- $50k - $53k

This role plays a key part in maintaining operational consistency across departments and providing direct support to leadership and staff in a fast-paced, mission-driven medical association environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing a wide range of responsibilities. 


 Our Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience
  • 1+ year of operations experience
  • Experience with QuickBooks required
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail


How You Will Spend Your Day:

  • Support day-to-day office and operational activities
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and internal communications
  • Maintain organizational records, files, and documentation
  • Assist with financial tracking, invoicing, and data entry in QuickBooks
  • Assist with QuickBooks reconciliations
  • Support vendor coordination and basic accounts payable processes
  • Assist with administrative tasks for the Executive Director, including calendaring and correspondence
  • Help manage office operations, including supplies, mailings, and general office management
  • Coordinate facilities-related needs such as office cleaning, landscaping, and vendor services
  • Assist with event operations, including packing, shipping, and printing materials
  • Prepare reports and track operational metrics as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to leadership and team
