We are currently in search of a Development Coordinator for an International Nonprofit Organization. The position is a Part-Time (~20 hrs./wk.), Fully Remote, Temporary (~3 months) opportunity.


ORGANIZATION TYPE: International Nonprofit

LOCATION: Remote   

POSITION TITLE: Development Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Part Time (~ 20 hrs./wk.); Must be able to work approximately 10:00 AM–2:00 PM CST Monday thru Friday

DURATION: Temporary (~ 3 months)

Hourly: $28-30/hr. DOE

 

Is This Your Dream Job? The Development Coordinator will provide operational support, streamline fundraising workflows, and manage daily administrative logistics. 


Our Ideal Candidate:


  • At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in Development (specifically fundraising campaigns, events, and managing day-to-day operations)
  • Previous executive support experience, including meeting management, is highly preferred
  • Proficiency with Asana required
  • Proficiency with EveryAction or similar CRM software is highly preferred
  • Must have a reliable laptop


How You Will Spend Your Day:

 

Project Management & Campaign Tracking


  • Workflow Coordination: Build and maintain project timelines for grant submissions, reports, and donor stewardship projects using Asana
  • Meeting Management: Schedule internal Development team meetings, prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and track action items to ensure deadlines are met


Administrative & Travel Logistics


  • Travel Coordination: Research, book, and compile itineraries for gift officer travel, conferences, and cultivation visits (including flights, hotels, and ground transportation)
  • Data Entry Assistance: Provide support in entering donor touchpoints or updating contact information in the CRM (EveryAction) as requested
