We are currently in search of a Data Migration Coordinator for a Foundation located in New York City (West Harlem). This is a Part-Time (21-24 hrs./wk.), Fully In Person, Temporary assignment.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Foundation

LOCATION: New York City (West Harlem)

POSITION TITLE: Data Migration Coordinator

SCHEDULE: Flexible Days; 21-24 hrs./wk. (between 9 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday)

DURATION: Temporary

HOURLY RATE: $28-30/hr. DOE

Is This Your Dream Job? The Data Migration Coordinator will support a file transfer and data organization project currently ongoing within the Foundation.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Experience with Raiser’s Edge NXT (web view and database view) required
• Ability to analyze information and make informed decisions independently
• Comfortable working with shared drives and file management systems
• Clear communicator with good documentation habits
• Prior experience in advancement/fundraising operations preferred

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Review donor agreement documents
• Match and upload files to the correct fund records in RE NXT
• Use sound judgment to resolve unclear or incomplete information
• Flag discrepancies and make recommendations for proper record placement
• Maintain organized documentation and track progress
