We are currently in search of a Gift Entry Associate for an Education nonprofit in Midtown Manhattan. This is a full-time, temporary position with an anticipated hourly rate between $22-$24/hr commensurate on experience. This role is expected to begin on February 9th, 2026.

ORGANIZATION TYPE: Educational Nonprofit

LOCATION: 100% On-Site, Midtown, Manhattan, NY

POSITION TITLE: Gift Entry Associate

SCHEDULE: Full-time, Monday-Thursday, (9am-5pm or 10am-6pm, flexible!)

DURATION: Ongoing temp

HOURLY RATE: $22-24/hour

Is This Your Dream Job? The Gift Entry Associate will assist the Development Team by performing data entry/gift entry in the Raiser's Edge database, as well as other general administrative tasks as needed.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• 1-2 years of Raiser's Edge experience
• Strong administrative/writing skills
• Gift processing experience
• Extremely detail oriented

How You Will Spend Your Day:

• Entering and processing gifts in Raiser's Edge and updating donor info when needed
• Keeping donor and contribution records up to date and accurate
• Other administrative tasks as needed
