Occupational Therapist – Inpatient Rehabilitation

Location: Panama City, FL

Shift: Day - Monday - Friday, rotating weekends up to 4 weekend days per quarter (Saturday/Sunday)

🔹 What You’ll Do

• Deliver direct, compassionate care to patients requiring occupational therapy.
• Conduct assessments and create personalized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s physical, emotional, and cognitive needs.
• Monitor progress, provide education, and adjust treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with nurses, physicians, and other rehab professionals.
• Celebrate every step of patient progress—big or small.

🔹 Qualifications

• State licensure or certification as required.
• CPR certification.
• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy preferred; Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience considered.
