Title: Nurse Manager of Outpatient Surgery (RN)

Schedule: Full-Time | Mixed Shifts (Rotating Weekends)

Location : Arlington, TX

Nurse Manager of Outpatient Surgery to lead a high-performing surgical services team in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.

This is your opportunity to take charge of operations in PreOp, Recovery, PAT, and Endoscopy, while managing 40 dedicated FTEs across 7 PreOp bays and 20 PACU bays.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Provide 24/7 leadership and supervision of the outpatient surgical unit
• Oversee all aspects of nursing care, workflow, staffing, and patient safety
• Partner with directors on performance improvement and financial goals
• Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and patient-centered care

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• BSN required
• Active RN License (TX or compact state)
• BLS required (must maintain)
• ACLS & PALS required (must maintain or obtain within 6 months)
• 3–5 years of OR or surgical nursing experience
• 2+ years of acute care leadership in surgical services
• Cardiovascular experience is a plus
• Prior management experience strongly preferred
