Full Arch Dental Patient Care Administrator

Shift: Days

Salary: $29–$33 per hour, DOE

Position Summary

The Full Arch Dental Patient Care Administrator plays a central role in coordinating communication and workflow between dental professionals, internal lab teams, and patients. This position ensures efficient management of the full-arch dental product lifecycle, from initial design through final delivery, with a strong emphasis on quality, timely execution, and customer satisfaction.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Product Lifecycle Oversight
  • Manage all phases of full-arch dental product development, including design, milling, and finishing.
  • Monitor and document case progress at each stage using established lab protocols and internal systems.
  • Digital Case Management
  • Utilize Magic Touch software to track and update case statuses.
  • Maintain precise digital records detailing case progression and all interactions with dental providers.
  • Provider Onboarding & Support
  • Guide dentists and oral surgeons through the onboarding process for the lab’s portal.
  • Offer technical support and training to ensure effective use of digital tools and systems.
  • Workflow Coordination
  • Oversee internal case movement, ensuring smooth transitions between departments such as Exocad Design, milling, and finishing.
  • Proactively identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks to maintain quality and meet deadlines.
  • Communication & Relationship Building
  • Serve as the main liaison for doctors and dental office staff, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and offering guidance.
  • Act as the primary contact for escalations, ensuring prompt and clear communication between all parties.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Digital Dentistry Expertise: Familiarity with ALL-ON-X full-arch restoration, digital impressions, intraoral scanning, photogrammetry, CAD/CAM workflows, and guided surgery.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using Magic Touch software; understanding of Exocad Design and dental lab milling/finishing processes.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with clinical and technical teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong multitasking and time management abilities to handle multiple cases and coordinate complex workflows.
  • Problem-Solving: Aptitude for troubleshooting issues throughout the product lifecycle and implementing timely solutions.
  • Customer Focus: Commitment to delivering a professional and positive experience for all stakeholders.

Working Environment

  • Office-based setting with frequent virtual or text-based communication with dental professionals.
  • Full-time schedule, with flexibility to respond to urgent cases or escalations as needed.

This position is vital to ensuring the efficient production and delivery of all-on-four/full-arch dental solutions, while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with healthcare providers and internal teams.
