Event Scheduling & Trucking Supervisor

Compensation: $60,000 to $75,000

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL

We are hiring an Event Scheduling & Trucking Supervisor to oversee event staffing, warehouse scheduling, trucking, and logistics for a fast-paced event production environment.

This is a hands-on role for someone highly organized, strong under pressure, and comfortable managing people, schedules, equipment movement, and real-time operational changes.

What you’ll do:

• Manage scheduling for event personnel across job sites, warehouse operations, and event support needs
• Forecast staffing, trucking, equipment, and resource requirements for upcoming events
• Coordinate trucking logistics for equipment delivery, staging, movement, and retrieval
• Assign labor based on skill set, availability, event needs, and weekly hour distribution
• Serve as the main point of contact for scheduling and trucking operations across departments
• Monitor labor budgets, rates, pricing requests, work orders, and event-related updates
• Troubleshoot real-time logistics issues, delays, conflicts, time restrictions, and operational roadblocks
• Recruit, onboard, train, and support event personnel to ensure consistent execution quality

Ideal background:

• Experience in logistics, event operations, staffing coordination, warehouse operations, or trucking coordination
• Strong communication, leadership, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Able to make quick decisions and solve problems in real time
• Experience supervising, training, or developing teams is highly preferred
• Comfortable working around warehouse environments, event materials, and operational equipment
