Paid Media Account Director- DTC
We are partnering with a fast-growing performance marketing agency looking for a senior client services leader to drive strategy across enterprise DTC eCommerce accounts.
This is a player-coach role for someone who wants to build and improve processes and thrive in a scrappy, fast-moving environment.
What you’ll do:
- Lead full-funnel DTC strategy across paid media, creative, lifecycle, and customer experience
- Own senior client relationships and serve as the strategic escalation point
- Guide forecasting, scenario planning, budget modeling, and incrementality measurement
- Partner with buying, analytics, and creative teams to connect media investment to business impact
- Coach and develop a team of Account Managers
- Identify growth opportunities across enterprise accounts
Ideal background:
- 10+ years in DTC, performance marketing, or omnichannel media
- Agency experience required
- Enterprise client leadership experience
- Strong paid media knowledge across Meta, Google, TikTok, Pinterest, and programmatic
- DTC eCommerce experience required, ideally beauty, skincare, or personal care
- Strong executive communication and commercial thinking
