• 1:4 weekend call schedule
• Outpatient volume: 15–20 patients/day
• Nursery census varies from 1 to 12 newborns; ~1,200 annual deliveries

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary range: $220,000 – $300,000
• $20,000 sign-on bonus
