• Deliver comprehensive primary care
• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Develop personalized care plans
• Integrate and work closely with the IDT

Compensation & Benefits

• Fee-for-service model with no cap on earnings
• Estimated part-time annual income: $26,139 – $31,367
