Location: Less than 1 hour from Chicago, IL

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pulmonary/Critical Care/Sleep Medicine physician to join our dynamic practice in Northwest Indiana. 

Position Highlights:

• Flexible full-time schedule
• Weekday Call: 3-4 per month
• Weekend & Holiday Call: 1:3, supported by Nurse Practitioners
• Potential outreach to nearby communities
• Blend of inpatient and outpatient duties with a focus on clinic and sleep medicine
• Inpatient volume varies based on hospital census
