The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative based in or near Fall River to join our dynamic
team and convert warm leads into happy, loyal customers. Your focus will be on closing inbound inquiries from
design professionals, contractors, and homeowners.
This is a front-line sales role requiring strong communication skills, confidence in design-centric products, and a
proven ability to drive revenue. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—understanding client needs, guiding them through
product options, and ultimately securing sales with a high level of service and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads via phone, email, or CRM and move them swiftly through the sales pipeline to close
- Understand client project requirements and offer tailored flooring solutions aligned with design preferences and technical specifications
- Master the company’s product offerings—species, finishes, dimensions, and installation types—and present them confidently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date lead activity in the CRM system; prioritize high-conversion opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth post-sale transitions
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to team-wide revenue targets
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, design sales, or B2C/B2B consultative selling—experience in flooring, home design, or luxury goods preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills—written and verbal
- Ability to quickly understand technical product information and translate it into customer value
- Self-starter with a proactive attitude and comfort working in a fast-paced, lead-driven environment
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- A passion for design, interiors, and materials is a bonus
