Position Overview

The company is seeking a hands-on, execution-oriented General Manager to lead local operations, strengthen team performance, and improve business execution.

This role combines day-to-day operational leadership, process improvement, KPI development, and growing P&L ownership.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a local operations team
• Oversee blending, delivery, route planning, and service execution
• Improve operational efficiency, including delivery productivity and site throughput
• Build accountability across operations and sales
• Establish practical KPIs, reporting rhythms, and operating processes
• Analyze data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Partner with sales leadership to support customer retention and growth
• Help create a repeatable local-market operating playbook

Qualifications

• Hands-on, execution-oriented leader with strong ownership and team-building ability
• Experience in operations, distribution, route-based service, manufacturing, logistics, or related environments preferred
• Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in an evolving operating environment
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify gaps, track KPIs, and improve performance
• Ability to earn trust with established teams while raising accountability
• Military leadership experience, mechanical aptitude, DOT exposure, or prior P&L experience valued but not required

Initial training travel expected

Strong expectation to lead from the front and remain closely connected to daily operations
