Position Overview
The company is seeking a hands-on, execution-oriented General Manager to lead local operations, strengthen team performance, and improve business execution.
This role combines day-to-day operational leadership, process improvement, KPI development, and growing P&L ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a local operations team
- Oversee blending, delivery, route planning, and service execution
- Improve operational efficiency, including delivery productivity and site throughput
- Build accountability across operations and sales
- Establish practical KPIs, reporting rhythms, and operating processes
- Analyze data to identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
- Partner with sales leadership to support customer retention and growth
- Help create a repeatable local-market operating playbook
Qualifications
- Hands-on, execution-oriented leader with strong ownership and team-building ability
- Experience in operations, distribution, route-based service, manufacturing, logistics, or related environments preferred
- Strong ability to lead through ambiguity and drive change in an evolving operating environment
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to identify gaps, track KPIs, and improve performance
- Ability to earn trust with established teams while raising accountability
- Military leadership experience, mechanical aptitude, DOT exposure, or prior P&L experience valued but not required

Initial training travel expected
Strong expectation to lead from the front and remain closely connected to daily operations
