Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to manage all aspects of financial records and reporting. This role is critical in ensuring financial health, compliance, and strategic decision-making support for the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Process payroll, including tax withholdings and compliance
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Ensure tax compliance and coordinate with auditors
- Monitor cash flow and track expenses
- Maintain accounting software and financial systems
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full-Charge Bookkeeper
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and financial expertise
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Industry experience in events or entertainment (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
