Title: Assembler

Location: Long Beach, CA

Hours: Monday-Friday 6am-2:30pm

Payrate: $20/hr + Benefits. Weekly Pay!

Duration: W2 Contract (ongoing)

 


We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented, and dependable professional to help build high-quality products that make a difference. In this hands-on role, you’ll be part of a collaborative production team focused on precision, efficiency, and excellence.

This is a full-time, on-site position requiring your presence five days per week.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Assemble and build products using various hand and power tools, including wire strippers, crimpers, drills, and soldering equipment.
  • Inspect components for quality and report any defects or issues to production leads.
  • Stay up to date with certifications and training across all assigned production lines.
  • Record production details accurately and communicate any issues promptly.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Take part in team training, continuous improvement efforts, and process optimization.
  • Collaborate with teammates and assist in cross-functional production tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workspace.
  • Support production goals by working additional shifts or overtime when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

 

Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in assembly or kitting/packaging.
  • Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions in English.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
  • Comfortable standing, walking, and performing repetitive tasks for long periods.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with assistance as needed).
  • Dependability, time management, and a commitment to quality work.

 

Preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13485 or similar quality management systems.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.

 

Work Environment

  • Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to machinery, tools, and varying temperatures.
  • Requires frequent bending, twisting, lifting, pulling, and standing throughout the shift.
  • Regular use of inspection tools and materials handling equipment.
  • Compliance with all safety standards and use of required PPE at all times.
