Title: Editorial Producer – Formula 1

Payrate: $78/hour

Duration: 12-month assignment 

Start Date: January 5, 2026

Location: Cupertino, CA

Hours: Wed-Sun (TBD on shift schedules)


Summary:

We are seeking an Editorial Producer – Formula 1 to develop compelling, real-time content across digital platforms supporting a global motorsports audience. This role is responsible for crafting timely, engaging editorial messaging across live events, race weekends, and ongoing coverage, while contributing to the overall voice and editorial strategy of a major sports content platform.

The ideal candidate is a fast, strategic writer with deep Formula 1 knowledge, strong editorial instincts, and the ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-moving environments.


What You’ll Do:

  • Craft a wide range of messaging including pre-event communications, live event coverage, and post-event content
  • Produce supporting editorial content around drivers, teams, and Grands Prix
  • Write copy for push notifications, email marketing, and other digital communications
  • Contribute to and help shape the overall voice and tone of the brand’s relationship with Formula 1 fans
  • Partner cross-functionally with editors, marketing teams, and stakeholders to deliver cohesive storytelling
  • Manage accelerated timelines and shifting deliverables while maintaining editorial quality
  • Balance priorities, communicate tradeoffs, and keep projects on track in a fast-paced environment


What You Bring:

  • Direct experience writing about Formula 1
  • Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and rapidly evolving priorities
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders in digital content environments
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Experience driving editorial strategy and executing content vision hands-on
  • Strong planning, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
