Title: Registered Nurse - TN Visa Sponsorship

Location: Dexter, MO

Salary/Pay Rate: $60,000 - $70,000 per year + $5,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance including 90 days of free housing, benefits (medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick time, 401k, paid holidays, professional development)

Schedule: Shift differentials for evening and night shifts

Job Description:

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering compassionate care to patients. This includes assessing their needs, developing personalized care plans, and coordinating with a team to ensure the best possible outcomes. You will also act as a patient advocate, mentor team members, and maintain accurate documentation while adhering to all regulatory standards.


Required Skills:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
  • Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri (or willing to obtain one before employment)
  • At least one year of nursing experience, preferably in long-term care, home care, hospice, skilled nursing facility, or med-surg
  • For Canada and Mexico trained nurses: NCLEX passed, TOEFL (unless a native English speaker), valid visa screen certificate
  • Strong clinical skills, sound decision-making, and a commitment to accountability
  • Empathy and compassion for patients and their families
  • Passion for providing quality care


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading and coordinating patient care within a team
  • Ability to mentor and develop team members
  • Willingness to embrace continuous improvement and contribute to a culture of growth and innovation
