This position presents a significant opportunity for an attorney with three to six years of dedicated experience in navigating the complexities of sophisticated real estate-focused transactions. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of managing and executing intricate legal drafting across a variety of transactional documents. This role demands a practitioner who can adeptly translate complex legal and business concepts into precise and effective contractual language. A substantive background in the development of mixed-use properties, large-scale residential communities, or hospitality-related assets is a prerequisite for consideration.

Core Responsibilities:
- Assume significant responsibility in a variety of complex real estate and corporate transactions.
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of legal documents, including purchase and sale agreements, financing instruments, and development-related contracts.
- Conduct thorough due diligence and provide insightful legal analysis on transactional matters.
- Engage directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to advance our clients' strategic objectives.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California is mandatory.
- A minimum of three years of relevant, transferable legal experience in real estate transactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in the legal intricacies of mixed-use, residential, or hospitality development projects.
