Salary/Pay Rate: $115,502 - $160,000 annually, with an incentive bonus of 17.25% - 26.25% based on hospital performance. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available on a case-by-case basis.

Job Description:
As the Director of Emergency Services, you will be the driving force behind the clinical and operational excellence of our 16-bed Emergency Department and 4-bed Fast Track unit, which serves approximately 120 patients daily. Your primary focus will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by overseeing all departmental functions, from staffing and patient flow to strategic planning and budget management. You will champion a culture of collaboration and accountability, spearheading initiatives that enhance patient safety, improve clinical outcomes, and elevate the overall patient experience. This role also provides oversight for the transport, trauma, and stroke monitor tech teams.
