Compensation: The anticipated compensation range for this position is $210,000 to $390,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.


Position Overview: A highly respected international law firm invites applications from junior to mid-level associates to join its premier, Chambers-ranked Insurance Recovery practice. This is an opportunity to become part of a thriving team that champions the rights of policyholders in high-value and complex coverage disputes across the country.


Responsibilities: The associate will work on a variety of challenging cases, helping corporate clients secure coverage for significant losses under all types of commercial insurance policies. Responsibilities will include legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, participating in discovery, and assisting senior attorneys with case strategy and management.


Qualifications:

  • J.D. from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
  • At least two years of experience at an AmLaw 200 firm or policyholder boutique focusing on insurance recovery for policyholders.
  • Alternatively, one year of relevant experience combined with a federal judicial clerkship will be considered.
  • Outstanding legal research and writing skills are mandatory.
