Salary/Pay Rate: $36.43 - $51.00 per hour (mid-range for 10 years of experience is $45.54). Relocation assistance is available on a case-by-case basis.

Unit/Specialty: Labor & Delivery, with on-call responsibilities for Postpartum and Antepartum every third week.

Job Description:
As the Labor and Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operational and clinical oversight of the unit. You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care by managing staffing, monitoring clinical outcomes, and evaluating nursing care against established policies and procedures. A key part of your role will be to hold staff accountable for excellence and support the facility's objectives through effective leadership and collaboration. You will also share on-call duties for the Postpartum and Antepartum units.
