Schedule: Remote/Hybrid, no billable requirements
Salary: 120,000−180,000 starting base salary.

Qualifications:
- JD from an A.B.A. accredited law school and Florida Bar.
- Minimum of 2.5 years of direct experience in workers compensation.law.
- Technologically proficient (legal research, e-discovery, case management, centralized documentation, video conferences).
- Ability to work remotely and travel as needed for networking events, client meetings, and conferences.
Job Duties:
- Investigate claims of workplace injury and analyzing chapter 440 to apply relevant statutes in defense of insured clients
- Drafting and filing legal documents timely and accurately, with adequate proficiency.
- Take depositions of claimants and participate in mediations between employer and claimant, typically via video conference.
- Regularly network with insurance brokers and agents, maintaining consistent communication with active clients
- Manage a caseload of 30 to 60 cases monthly on average, with incentive to close a minimum of 5 cases per month.
