As a Partner Operations Manager, you will oversee the operational and analytical aspects of the company's partner program, ensuring seamless support, accuracy, and a positive partner experience.

This role is essential to their growth. It involves executing key partner activities, managing payments, and coordinating across departments to strengthen partner relationships and drive program success.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to partner support queries and resolve Jira tickets from Partners and Business Development, ensuring all issues are efficiently addressed, tracked, and meet specified SLAs.
  • Implement rebate schemes for partners and make adjustments as needed to support program success.
  • Conduct manual rebate and performance calculations for partners and verify automated calculations for accuracy.
  • Reconcile both manual and automated partnership payments to maintain accuracy and completeness.
  • Execute key partnership payments timely and accurately, coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth partner experience.
  • Manage the technical setup for strategic partner onboarding, including system access, promotional setup, and training.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for promotional content and ensure approvals are in place for new offerings.
  • Monitor partner activity across channels, providing timely insights and recommendations for growth and improvement.
  • Test new products and systems to confirm functionality and setup prior to launch.
  • Maintain ad-hoc and scheduled partner performance and communication reports as part of the Partner’s Communications Journey.
  • Conduct market analysis on partnership offerings, collaborating with business development and marketing for program improvement.
  • Create and maintain presentations and detailed monthly reports on partner performance, partnership expenses, and promotional results.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in partner operations, finance, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a relevant discipline.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); additional languages (e.g., Chinese) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills, excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Quick to assimilate new concepts and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Positive attitude and strong dedication to achieving results.
