Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis
Location: Fort Wayne, IN or 50% travel to Fort Wayne, IN
Compensation: $179,000 – $223,000 base salary + executive-level bonus

We are seeking a Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead FP&A, Pricing, and Business Intelligence functions. This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the CFO and partners with executive leadership to drive data-backed decisions across the business.
This role is not focused on treasury, accounting, or traditional finance operations. It requires a true FP&A leader—ideally already operating at the VP level—who has deep experience in analytics, reporting automation, pricing strategy, and business intelligence.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the FP&A function, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
- Drive the transition from Excel-based reporting to Tableau or Power BI, ensuring business data is automated, accessible, and transparent.
- Build a scalable pricing strategy for the business, including a pricing model that integrates into systems and supports quoting processes.
- Develop business intelligence tools and dashboards to improve visibility and drive decisions across all departments.
- Support board and executive reporting—clearly explaining results, trends, and the drivers behind performance.
- Partner with Commercial and IT teams to align pricing strategy and execution.
- Continuously improve planning and forecasting processes to support the company’s rapid growth.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with at least 3–5 years in a VP or senior leadership role.
- Strong track record in pricing strategy, business intelligence, and financial systems implementation.
- Proven ability to lead data transformation efforts and automate reporting.
- Skilled communicator with experience delivering presentations to executive teams and boards.
- Background in rental, leasing, asset-heavy, or industrial services industries is a plus.
- Candidates with CFO or VP Finance profiles focused on treasury, cash, or accounting will not be a fit.
