Job Summary:
We’re hiring a Category Manager – Beverage to own procurement operations, vendor management, and inventory strategy across all beverage categories—alcoholic and non-alcoholic. In this highly visible role, you’ll ensure the seamless execution of beverage category plans across restaurants, hospitality venues, and entertainment concepts, working closely with both procurement and operational teams. You’ll join a collaborative and high-impact team focused on growth, consistency, and operational excellence. From maintaining accurate product data and recipe standards to auditing inventory levels and managing supplier performance, this role is at the center of our beverage success.

What You’ll Do:
Beverage Strategy Execution
- Support execution of the beverage strategy defined by the Director of Procurement and General Manager of Beverage
- Track key performance indicators for beverage cost, inventory levels, and supplier performance
- Partner with vendors to ensure on-time delivery, pricing accuracy, and consistent quality
Inventory Management & Auditing
- Monitor beverage inventory across all locations to minimize waste and out-of-stock items
- Audit deliveries for accuracy in quantity, pricing, and product specifications
- Work closely with the inventory team and operations to maintain alignment
Product & Recipe Oversight
- Manage and maintain beverage product selections and standardized recipes in inventory systems
- Ensure menu availability and recipe consistency across all venues
- Support recipe costing and integration into financial tools
Vendor Relationships & Cost Control
- Collaborate with vendors on sourcing and pricing, ensuring alignment with business needs
- Analyze cost data to support margin performance and operational decisions
- Identify market trends or supplier changes impacting product availability
Data Accuracy & Reporting
- Maintain detailed records for beverage SKUs, pricing, units of measure, and vendor data
- Analyze usage, cost, and inventory data to support category strategies
- Prepare dashboards and performance reports for leadership
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between Procurement, Beverage, Culinary, Inventory, Finance, and Operations
- Support maintenance of SOPs and training materials with feedback from operations
- Assist with system migration to Craftable and ensure data integrity during transition
What You Bring
- 3–5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or inventory operations
- Hands-on experience with beverage categories, including liquor, wine, beer, and N/A beverages
- Familiarity with hospitality, F&B, or retail liquor environments (hotels, restaurants, or liquor stores)
- Strong Excel and data management skills; experience with Craftable is a plus
- Ability to manage vendor relationships and pricing negotiations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple locations' product needs
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred
